Red Cross wishes to establish a Contract with an innovative and suitably experienced Digital Partner to help us rethink and rebuild our digital web estate over the next twelve months, so that we can better deliver for people in crisis.
Our web estate includes, but isn't limited to, our corporate website (redcross.org.uk) and commercial first aid website (redcrossfirstaidtraining.co.uk).
The Services required under this Contract include, but are not limited to: Digital Design; Build; User Experience and Design; Delivery; Transition to BAU; User Research; Pro-active account management and support services; and All other associated services.
