The brief

Plymouth City Council ("The Council") is seeking to deliver a network electric vehicle charge points and related infrastructure across Plymouth primarily to serve those residents who do not have access to off-street parking.

Utilising funding from Department of Transport's LEVI project, and using a concession approach the Council is seeking to work with Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Operators to deliver and manage publicly accessible EV charge points within Plymouth.

The equipment and the infrastructure required will vary according to the need at each location.

The Council has split its requirement into two lots: Lot A - Charge Point Operator for Pedestal and/or Flush Fitting Chargers (LSOA Areas A) Lot B - Charge Point Operator for Pedestal and/or Flush Fitting Chargers (LSOA Areas B) Tenderers may bid for one or both Lot(s), but must complete the relevant ITT Return Document, required schedules and appendices for each Lot.

The number of Lots that may be awarded to a Tenderer is limited to one.

Tenders for each Lot must be independent of each other, and not reliant on being awarded both Lots.
