The appointed contractor is to carry out minor refurbishments as per the detailed specification 2 this will compromise of: • Installation of all 2nd fix joinery • Patching of existing flooring where required • Decoration of a walls and woodwork.
Suppliers should have experience of working in a high security mental health setting.
