In 2022, the Inclusive Growth service appointed a place brand agency to develop a new place and investment brand for Luton.
This new place brand has now been created with a planned launch and rollout from mid-July 2023.
The new place brand will be supported by a range of collateral including a new investment prospectus, website, films and other marketing materials and physical hoardings throughout the town.
This new place brand and the associated marketing materials are central to achieving the Luton 2040 Vision and delivers on several key strands of the Inclusive Economy Strategy, including growing key sectors of the economy, driving inward investment and transforming our town centre The creation of a new website will be an important vehicle for promoting the town through the new place brand to attract investment enquiries from businesses and create a sense of place the increases local pride and perceptions of Luton.
