ICT Services of Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council wishes to renew one of its HPE support and maintenance agreements.

This HPE agreement expires on the 31st March 2026.

To maintain service provision, ICT Services are now inviting HPE resellers and partners to submit a renewal quotation to cover period 1st April 2026 to 31st March 2027.

No of servers to be covered in new agreement = 14 Key points to take into consideration when completing the tender response. • It is a key requirement that the support and maintenance agreement is backed to HPE and that ICT Services can continue to raise incidents and service requests directly with HPE, maintaining existing service level agreements in full.  Any proposals not utilising direct HPE support will be rejected.

The closing date for any clarification questions is Friday 6th March 2026 14:00 hours.

The closing date for quotation submission is Friday 13th March 2026 17:00 hours.
