Supply of Aluminium Window, Door and Roof Profiles, Double Glazed Units and Infill Panels to Prison Industries Workshops
Prison Industries manufacture windows for the prison estate in their engineering workshops and require component parts to be delivered to workshop locations across the UK.
It's our intention to split the requirements into four Lots with Suppliers able to bid for any number of Lots: Lot 1: Window and Door Profile Systems (estimated annual spend £500,000) Lot 2: Roof Profile Systems (estimated annual spend £120,000) Lot 3: Double Glazed Units (estimated annual spend £300,000) Lot 4: Plastisol Coated Steel Infill Panels (estimated annual spend £30,000) A Supplier Engagement Event will take place on Wednesday 22nd February and is being hosted at The Ministry of Justice, 5 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP.
Suppliers will need to express interest by emailing MOJProcurementIndustries@justice.gov.uk.
Please confirm if you wish to attend the Supplier Engagement Event and provide the contact details of the attendees (dependant on room capacity we may need to limit numbers).
Please also let us know which of the Lots you would potentially be interested in.
The focus of the day will be to discuss the requirements of Prison Industries and also to go through the Bidding process.
There will be ample opportunity to answer questions and speak to us on a 1-2-1 basis.
We will compile a list of questions and answers from the day and these will be shared with all participants.
