SS1525 Business Support Services - Old Rectory, Northfleet

Economic Development, as part of the Growth, Environment and Transport Directorate, Kent County Council (KCC), wishes to invite tenders for the delivery of business support services from the Business Centre at The Old Rectory, Northfleet, which is a building owned by KCC The Old Rectory Business Centre consists of incubator units and meeting space which provide opportunities for both start up and growth potential for new and existing local businesses.

The Business Centre's main role will: Ø pro-actively encourage development growth for both current businesses in residence and the wider business community; and Ø development of methods which will maximize the potential of the Business Centre from both an income generation perspective and as a support vehicle to local businesses.

The aim is that the profits earned will be shared between the supplier and Kent County Council The successful supplier will take full responsibility for all services to the building and its occupiers by ensuring delivery of a seamless facilities management function to all businesses that access the Business Centre.

The contract is for a seven year duration commencing December 2015.
