Royal Holloway and Bedford New College is seeking to enter into a long-term agreement with one partner to support in meeting its growth strategy and accommodation needs of its students.
This will involve the potential delivery (design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (soft and hard FM)) of a c.2000 bed student village through a demand risk partnership over one or more phases and shall also include the stock transfer, finance and operation and maintenance (soft and hard FM services) of its existing student accommodation residence, George Eliot Hall.
