The brief

The University is seeking tenders from highly experienced facilitator/training companies to deliver a series of facilitated learning events, predominantly for the Lancaster University Management School (LUMS) under the terms of this ITT.

This shall be a single operator Framework Agreement.

Candidates bidding for this role will have relevant expertise and a proven track record of facilitating similar programmes, preferably in Higher Education, and will have the necessary access to equipment, multiple facilitators and breadth of knowledge to meet the requirements.

The events shall have a mixture of learning outcomes, from team building and leadership to programme specific tasks that will inform assessed pieces of work.

It is vital that the successful provider is able to connect theory with practice, and will work with the University to develop events that will be most effective and rewarding for our students.

The student population is diverse in terms of age, gender, work experience, culture, language skills, educational background and family status.

Staff work hard to promote and support this diverse community of learners and to deliver programmes that are sensitive to their differing needs.
