WCC- MARKET TESTING - Music Service Administration and Management System - Cloud-based.
Please note that this is not a call for competition at this point.
WCC requires a software solution in which to manage, deliver and administer all of Warwickshire County Councils music services, efficiently, effectively, compliantly & securely.
To comply with relevant legislation in the collation/storage of data collated through the music hub platform in which to process payments for these services.
To be accessible to parents, schools, teachers and Warwickshire County Council staff.
To integrate with third party applications to reduce the manual administration required for charging and billing, payment, payroll, and maintaining pupil data.
The Council has not commissioned a service such as this for some time and therefore wants to engage with a variety of organisations, in a confidential setting, to inform the procurement process for the purposes of the design of the procedure and specification, contract terms considerations, preparing the tender notice to reach the target audience and to identifying suppliers that are able to supply these goods services and/or works.
The software will be required to assist the Council to improve, streamline & automate music services, to best meet the business and client needs (end-to-end), whilst providing value for money, reducing administrative overheads, in a secure and compliant way.
Warwickshire County Council will be using its e-tendering system (In-Tend) for the administration of this market testing process.
In order to be able to participate in these tender opportunities you will need to register as a Supplier on our e-procurement portal, https://in-tendhost.co.uk/csw-jets/aspx/Home If you are unable to register with the website please email us at procurement@warwickshire.gov.uk
