Project Background This project is a transformation project, exercised in collaboration with London Borough of Barnet and Northwest London Integrated Commissioning Boards (ICBs) Hertfordshire is currently host to a registered hospital for adults with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

The service is currently commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council, London Borough of Barnet, North Central London and Northwest London Integrated Commissioning Boards (ICBs) The service is currently provided by Hertfordshire Partnership University - NHS Foundation trust (HPFT).
