The brief

WDH are looking for an Employee Benefits Platform that our employees will find engaging and simple to use.

It is our intention that the platform will act as a hub for our staff, providing them with a one stop shop where they can access all their benefits.

It is our vision, that the Employee Benefits platform will support the wider HR strategy of recruiting and retaining our most valuable asset.

To deliver this, the Employee Benefits Platform will need the capability to host a range of benefits (including those not currently provided by the Successful Tenderer and present these in a clear, accessible and engaging way.

The 'core platform requirements' are for the provision of: • an employee benefits platform: with ability to access through a smart App. • discounted shopping schemes, included but not limited to; - Cycling to work. - Childcare vouchers. - Total reward statement. - Wellbeing service including but not limited to health mind and financial wellbeing services.
