The brief

Midland Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (MPFT) are seeking to engage with potential suppliers to support in the provision of Paediatric Audiology Assessments for children who have been triaged as Low Risk over a 6 month period with the potential to extend for a further 6 months Service Requirements Geographical Area Services are required in the following locations, the provider would need to have appropriate facilities to cover: Stafford Seisden Cannock Rugeley Lichfield Tamworth Uttoxeter Burton upon Trent Age Range 4 years and over Types of Assessment Soundfield performance testing Pure tone audiometry Tympanometry OAE's Potentially VRA if unable to test using performance testing The service will be predominantly diagnostic with some requirement for follow up for non complex cases The service will exclude hearing aids as these are not provided under the current service Experience and Registrations Providers must be experienced in paediatric assessments and have all necessary equipment and staff in place Providers must hold CQC registration along with all other relevant registrations
