The brief

This is a requirement to procure and implement an integrated, comprehensive Electronic Patient Feedback System through hardware and app software supporting the Friends and Family test, clinic or consultant level feedback and quality improvement.

Feedback should be possible through a range of electronic devices including smart phones, tablet devices and computers.

Input Methods/ Devices Feedback to be entered onto 7 x kiosk stands in the following outpatient areas: Princess Alexandra Hospital, Wych Elm, Herts and Essex Community Hospital, St Margaret’s Hospital, the main reception meet and greet, PAHT A&E and the main hospital restaurant.

The kiosks are to be quoted as optional items.

Tablets to be provided for each ward – 19 in total.

The tablets are to be quoted as optional items as the trust may purchase directly from one of our providers, however the successful bidder will need to install the relevant software onto these devices and provide the specification of device required in line with the software capabilities.
