MEP Designer Levelling up Funding - 3no. Sites
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
East Lindsey District Council(ELDC) are looking to develop three historic sites, two in Alford and one in Spilsby, Lincolnshire.
We are looking to appoint a suitably qualified MEP Service Designer to fully design all aspects of the mix of refurbishment and new build schemes.
As the sites are all owned and run by charities, we are looking to provide a sustainable but low running cost solution as energy costs have had a significant impact on the capital charities have in recent years.
Currently ELDC is proposing to complete the works under a Traditional Form of Contract therefore, the MEP Designer will remain client side throughout the design, construction, and completion stages of the projects (See note below on the Spilsby site for more details).
