Provision of a Faculty Framework - NHS Leadership Academy, Health Education England - NHS/SoEPS/18.412 PRIOR INFORMATION NOTICE

**Please note that the anticipated approach to market date, with the ITT open for submission, is now 05 October 2018** NHS South of England Procurement Services, acting on behalf of NHS Leadership Academy (the Commissioner) will be commencing a tender for the Provision of a Faculty Framework.

The key aim of this tender process is to put in place a faculty framework of highly expert practitioners, attuned to the needs of leaders in the health and public sector, embracing the best of what we know about effective leadership and leadership development, who have values congruent with the NHS Constitution.

The faculty should be representative of the participants we work with and the communities we serve, reflecting the importance we place on inclusive leadership.

It is the intention of the commissioner that the procurement will be conducted as a Schedule 3 Service using the Light Touch Regime under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The ITT is expected to be published in early October 2018 with establishment of a Framework by February 2019.

All contracts issued to providers to become members of this Framework will be zero value guaranteed.

A separate advert will be released advising when the procurement is live for submissions, at which time all documentation in relation to this procurement will become available.

The commissioner reserves the right not to proceed with the Procurement, or any part thereof, or change the requirements and timescales as necessary at any time.
