HCC - 02/22 - The Provision of National Driver Offenders Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Driver Training Courses - Trainers Only

Hertfordshire County Council is currently out to procurement for the Provision of National Driver Offenders Retraining Scheme (NDORS) Driver Training Courses.

This procurement is an Open (one stage process).

Organisations wishing to take part in this project are invited to 'express interest' which will give access to the full procurement documents in the e-tendering system.

To be considered as a Bidder you must complete and submit a Bid by the deadline of 12:00 Noon on 28th March 2022 Please allow sufficient time to make your return, as Tender submissions cannot be uploaded and submitted after this return deadline.

The Contract is split into the following lots: Lot 1 National Speed Awareness Course (NSAC) - Classroom and Digital (MANDATORY) Lot 2 National Motorway Awareness Course (NMAC) - Classroom and Digital Lot 3 What's Driving Us (WDU) - Classroom and Digital Lot 4 Safe and Considerate Driving (SCD) - Theory - Classroom and Digital Lot 5 Safe and Considerate Driving (SCD) - Practical - Classroom Tenderers should be aware that due to the nature of the Services provided, any Contract formed as a result of this procurement process shall be executed as a deed.
