HEFCE STEM Phase 2 Construction Works
In 2014 The faculty of Engineering and Environment secured match funding from Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE), as part of its GBP200 million scheme to increase high-quality Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) students.
The University will use the GBP6.7 million investment to create world-class teaching and research STEM facilities at its city campus, including new specialist laboratories and technology.This is the second phase of the construction works centred around the conversion of 2 lecture theatres to Automotive laboratories and the refurbishment of existing labs.
Works must commence in March 2016 and complete in September 2016.
