SELECTION QUESTIONNAIRE - Access Control Solutions Upgrade

The South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (the "Authority") is issuing this selection questionnaire ("SQ") in connection with the competitive procurement of Access Control System Upgrade.

This document contains important information about the procurement process and the contract that the Authority intends to award.

1.2 The Authority will evaluate the SQ responses and select, at a minimum, the 5 highest scoring bidders (the "Bidders") who will be issued with an invitation to tender (ITT).

If less than 5 bidders meet the minimum requirements set out in the SQ, then the authority will issue the ITT to those bidders only.

1.3 The contract will be based on the NHS Terms and Conditions.

The Authority is using the Atamis e-tendering portal to conduct the procurement process ("the e-Tendering Portal").
