In line with the Civil service Diversity and Inclusion strategy, there is a focus on increasing the representation of talented Minority Ethnic (EMIL) people, and people with disabilities, in the pipeline to the Senior Civil Service (SCS).
In order to support this strategy, two events specifically have been identified Women into Leadership and EMIL into Leadership, along with a small number of diverse series events to enhance the capabilities and leadership for Women and Black, Asian & Ethnic Minority colleagues across the Civil Service and wider public sector.
The Buyer may extend the Contract for two period(s) of 12 months each.
