To supply and install the proposals within the contract documents drawings 109.2020.T.02 & 03 in accordance with Allotment Site 2 Area 11 Fairfields NBS Works Specification & Bill of Quantities. • To spray out the existing grass, weeds, and preparation works for earthworks. • To excavate and stone pick remove all debris that is 25mm or greater. • Apply fertiliser.

Strip topsoil & subsoil as necessary • To spread the existing subsoil & topsoil to an appropriate level suited for allotment use and marry levels to the surrounding topography.

Gradients not to be any steeper than 1:40. • To supply & install timber edging or equivalent approved. • To supply & install subgrade & subbase to proposed levels & Paving. • To supply & install Removable Bollard (Swansea Steel Bollard) Supplied by Broxap or equivalent approved • To supply & install 6no Standpipes, ED2034 supplied by Edwards Standpipes or equivalent approved. • To supply & install all drainage pipes & connections and tests required to make standpipes operational fit for purpose in accordance to the manufacture's recommendations. • To cultivate & seed Emorsgate Seed Ltd EG22 Grass Mixture or equivalent approved. • To cultivate & seed Emorsgate Seed Ltd EL1 Grass Mixture or equivalent approved • To supply fertiliser as required for establishment. • To supply and plant trees in accordance with the specification.

Please see attached Planting Schedule and drawing 109.2020.T.02. • To import topsoil for all 100mm depth and tree pits as required.

Multipurpose grade or better. • To supply and Install Timber Knee Rail 600mm high above ground. • Hard works & softworks maintenance to include defects liability & replacements, in accordance with the specification and drawings for 12 months.

To include leaf removal from drains & inspection/ as required.

Fertiliser, Watering, Grass cutting, Weed treatment and any other operations required to ensure the allotment area is maintained at a high standard. • To remove any excess excavated materials from site and dispose of in accordance to statutory guidelines.
