The accommodation comprises 10 individual 1 bedroomed flats on the first floor and 5 bed sit properties on the ground floor with individual kitchenettes.
All flats come with their own shower room and toilet.\r \r The successful Managing Agent will facilitate 24-hour cover, 7 days a week by way of residential caretaking services.
