The systems in the 91 properties have just been changed with new heat interface units (HIU's) being installed and upgrades made to the systems to make them more efficient.

In addition, a significant quantity of maintenance and improvements have been carried out during 2021 to improve the system and get it working correctly.
This tender is seeking a company to take over the running of the Rocks Green Energy Centre and residential heat interface units which will allow Connexus to carry out their core function.
