The aim of the Carers Information, Advice and Support Service is to enable those who choose to support people with a long term health condition or disability to do so without detriment to their health or to their inclusion in society.

The Provider shall deliver an outcomes focused service which seeks to improve health and well-being outcomes for adults who are caring for a partner, friend, or family member who cannot manage alone as a result of a long term health condition or disability.

The Provider shall ensure the provision of the accurate, timely and current information, advice and guidance at the right time and in the right place and in a range of accessible formats which meet the diverse needs of Carers as their needs change over time.
