The evaluation will assist HEE to ensure that the education and training it commissions and provides will lead to improved patient and learner outcomes.
The evaluation must include quality and value for money assessments of current and credible evidence towards improving patient and learner outcomes.
Work needs to start as soon as possible, after contract award, to ensure that the evidence base can inform the further development and refinement of the HEE Quality Strategy and Quality Framework.
