The University of Gloucestershire is seeking to appoint a supplier to provide an Employee Assistance Programme available to all staff.
It is the intention of the University to award a three-year contract, subject to annual reviews and continued good performance in-line with agreed key performance indicators and service standards.
Quarterly contract management meetings will be held to ensure that the service is operating effectively.
The University will consider the option to extend this period to four or five years by agreement.
Either party can terminate this contract by giving six months' notice in writing.
