DEPARTMENT FOR INTERNATIONAL TRADE
China Financial Services Campaign PR
The Department for International Trade in China is considering tendering a requirement requires for an agency to create, consult on and deliver a PR and Digital strategy for our Financial Services Campaign, which is running in China from September 2019 to March 2020.
The campaign will also have an advertising element supported by an existing media-buy agency.
The duties of the successful supplier will commence following the signing of the contract (ideally in late August 2019) and end on 31 March 2020.
At the end of the contract, any active projects and documents relevant to the project must be handed over to The Authority to support any further work.
The successful supplier will deliver key messages on the strength of the UK offering in Capital Markets and FinTech to target audiences in the Chinese public and private sectors.
Our current estimations are that the budget for this requirement will be £70,000.
Please review the attached Draft Specification of Requirements and express your interest by email to Alistair.Goldspink@trade.gov.uk by 12pm on Friday 16th August.
In particular, we would like to know whether suppliers view the estimated budget as sufficient for the suggested deliverables.
We look forward to hearing from you.
