CM12 (T0545) Central Monitoring and Control System
The procurement contact named on the official notice.
Trinity House are currently looking into the availability and market options for the Remote Control and Monitoring System for our Aids to Navigation.
Trinity House currently operate a Central Monitoring and Control System (CMCS), which is centrally monitored by a 24/7 Operations and Planning Centre at Harwich.
This allows the monitoring of marine aids to navigation in the waters of England, Wales, the Channel Islands and Gibraltar.
Each monitored site/station utilises out-station telemetry units, which enables the remote operation of the fixed navigational aid and allows for observations for reliability and performance.
