An outline of the scope is as follows: Working within existing approved local authority planning consent the Contractor is required to complete but not limited to: Supply & erection of 16 x small animal enclosures and creation of pen areas.
Supply & installation of 1 x temporary classroom unit with interconnecting welfare and break are units.
Supply & installation of 1 x storage Container.
Supply & installation of a metal mesh type boundary fence line with gated access points and mesh roofing enclosure.
Associated electrical connectivity, lighting and power etc, work to existing local supply.
Supply & installation of above ground freshwater storage & supply fed from local supply.
Supply & installation above ground foul waste storage related to the classroom/welfare unit.
Site visits are available on the following dates 05/09/2025 9.00 – 9.40am, 10.00 – 10.40am, 11.00 – 11.40am, 12.00 – 12.40pm, 2.00 – 2.40pm, 3.00 -3.40pm 12/09/2025 9.00 – 9.40am, 10.00 – 10.40am, 11.00 – 11.40am, 12.00 – 12.40pm, 2.00 – 2.40pm, 3.00 -3.40pm 17/09/2025 9.00 – 9.40am, 10.00 – 10.40am, 11.00 – 11.40am, A site visit is encouraged, and will be offered on a first come, first served basis .
The purpose of the site visit is to provide all tenderers with the opportunity to view the premises prior to submitting a tender.
