Swansea Council invites tenders for the replacement of three (3) static waste compactors to be installed at our Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRC).

These units will replace the existing Thetford Compactor model T3T-758 and will be used for compacting general waste and cardboard. mission removal and disposal of 2 of the existing compactors (Garngoch will already be removed prior to installation of new).

Installation and commissioning of all 3 compactors.

Suppliers are required to visit sites to see the layout/ access requirements/ electrical connections and footprints for the compactors.

Failing to do so will result in your bid being disqualified.

Visits can be arranged by request via the portal.
