Our selected partner will be part of a Transformation Programme, working within a structured framework of programme and project management, being able to build, shape and sequence work that has already been undertaken Areas of work to be included but not limited to: * Leadership Accountability and Behavioural Change * Psychological Safety, Speak-Up Culture and Ethical Environment * Leveraging Existing Insight and Activity * Frontline, Postmaster and Stakeholder Engagement * Culture, Behaviour and Organisational Integration * Measurement, Reporting and Delivery Partnership * Alignment with Inquiry Recommendations, Green Paper and Regulatory Expectations * Governance, Capability Building and Transformation Alignment The services will be called off as and when required.
