3983/NW/GM/23 Wire Electro Discharge Machining Equipment The University of Sheffield wishes to invite tenders for a Wire Electro Discharge Machining Equipment on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Research Centre, North West.

Scope of Requirement The University of Sheffield, AMRC North West wishes to invite tenders for the provision of a Wire Electro Discharge Machining (WEDM) Equipment.

This WEDM equipment will be utilized as a post-processing process after Additive Manufacturing to remove the substrates and support structures.

The WEDM kit should be capable of processing aerospace materials, mainly titanium, nickel and aluminium alloys as well as steels.
