Rochdale Council - Corner Plot - Principal Designer

To provide a Principle Designer role for Stage 2-5 on the works taking place at the Corner Plot, Rochdale Station Square.

The roles and requirements will include, Scope of Services • Confirm client awareness of CDM duties. • Confirm suitable CDM management arrangements in place for the project. • Gap analysis review of existing information advise on surveys and investigations required. • Site visit(s) - identify hazards/risks and gather pre-construction information (PCI). • Prepare pre-construction information 'pack.' • Set up and update project hazard and risk management (HARM) register/HARM Zero. • Facilitate collaborative design risk management. • Attend design team meetings/workshops as required (via video conferencing where possible). • Provide where required CDM progress reports including HARM summary. • Provide where required CDM/H&S advice and support for the project team. • Confirm content and format of health and safety file
