The Regenda Group wishes to procure a contract(s) for the provision of window cleaning, communal cleaning and office cleaning services at approximately 239 properties both residential and commercial across the North West.

The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries Redwing Living (private rented properties, leasehold and apartment block management and shared ownership and sales), M&Y Maintenance and Construction and McDonald Property Rentals in Lancashire, which is a subsidiary of Redwing Living.
The resulting contract(s) will cover each part of the Group.
The contract is to be split into 3 geographical lots, namely, Merseyside, West Lancashire and East Lancashire/Greater Manchester/Cheshire.
The initial contract term is for 35 months with an option to extend for a further 24 months.
