The services covered by this procurement exercise have been subdivided into 3 lots as follows: Lot 1 Cleaning of communal areas, sheltered schemes, office cleaning and external window cleaning.
Lot 2 Cleaning of void properties Lot 3 Cleaning of Tamar Court extra care housing scheme The duration of the contract is for a period of 3 years with the potential to extend for 2 additional 12 month periods (up to a total of 5 years), ending on 31st March 2030.
AHG intends to award the contracts on 6th January 2025 to go live on 1st April 2025.
