The North East Combined Authority (NECA) is the accountable body for the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP).
Sunderland City Council on behalf of the North East Local Enterprise Partnership (North East LEP) / NECA is seeking to appoint an appropriately qualified contractor to assess the employment and skills needs of three sectors in the North East LEP area - offshore wind, tourism and health and social care.
In relation to health and social care, the focus should specifically be in relation to digital employment and skills needs.
This research will inform the decision making of the North East Skills Advisory Panel, industry groups and others.
