Digital Enabling Strategy External Expertise
The BigLottery fund (the Fund) is seeking to retain the services of an external agency who are experts in the field of Digital transformation.
In early 2015 the Fund published its Strategic Framework which sets out our strategic aspirations through to 2021.
To realise these aspirations we have commissioned the creation of six enabling strategies to make real change within the organisation.
In order to realise our digital strategy the Fund recognises a need to reach out to external experts who can help us achieve what we have set out to do.
Throughout the course of 2015 we will go through three phases of work to achieve our digital strategy.
The first is a “Discovery” Phase which looks to ask questions, investigate and research what is happening globally with technology and identify the core themes that will shape our strategy.
The output from this phase will be an Ambition Statement and Design Brief.
We expect to go to Board with our findings in October.
The second phase is “Design” where we will undergo a gap analysis, review test and learn pilots, explore best practise and consider our measures for success.
The outputs from the phase will be a strategy that we plan to take to Board in January.
The final phase is a “Delivery” Phase where we will consider our plan, budget, implementation strategy and reflect on the previous work on Change management.
The output from this phase will be a Delivery Plan and Success criteria.
