Community House Resource Centre Relocation Project - Mechanical & Electrical Design Services & Structural Design Service
This is a contract result notice, not an open opportunity. Details from the official award data.
This sits below the typical range for Engineering & Architecture contracts — a smaller, more accessible award. Based on 33,646 valued Engineering & Architecture tenders in our corpus.
Enfield Council is carrying out a feasibility study to assess the suitability of the Resource Centre relocating from Park Avenue to Community Centre Ground Floor, along with both Community Link Edmonton and Community Link Enfield also relocating into Community House 1st Floor.
Community House will require some alterations and some refurbishment works prior to the relocations taking place.
We require Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Input, along with an element of Structural Engineering Input to help inform the feasibility study and drawings we are carrying out.
