Project 1412 - Carry Out Condition Remedial Works to Various Children's Centres within the Borough of Southend on Sea

Southend Borough Council requires a contractor to carry out remedial condition works to various Children’s Centres within the Borough of Southend on Sea.

A Schedule of Works and associated documents will be issued on 19th January 2016 to all contractors who have expressed an interest by the closing date detailed below.

The works will be carried out under a JCT Minor Works Contract and the quotations will be considered against an evaluation ratio of 80% for price and 20% for quality.

Please submit your request to quote no later than 12 noon on 19th January 2016.

We anticipate the quotations will be sent out on 19th January 2016 with a return date of 9th February 2016.

The proposed commencement date of this project is 25th March 2016.
