Orbit are seeking to appoint a suitable provider to undertake an extensive Scan to BIM surveying project to capture the existing condition of the in-scope buildings and immediate surrounding buildings (18 meters and above) and also specific complex buildings specified in the Project Information Requirements.
This is to develop a digital portfolio of the Authority's built assets in line with the information requirement documents.
