Plymouth City Council is engaging in a soft market test exercise to assess the market's interest in the provision of a local bus service serving the new development at Seaton Neighbourhood.
Although this area was served some years ago, the area has not benefitted from a service for several years, and the Council is seeking expressions of interest from bus operators for any commercial service that they may wish to provide.
