LBWF General Building Works Measured Term Comtract (MTC) 2025 - 2029

In response to the LBWF initiative requiring their corporate buildings and schools upgrade work to be condition-based, Evolve Norse Limited have been appointed by LBWF Council to assess the condition, prioritise, design, and manage upgrades to the Council's buildings including schools .

The scope of this Measured Term Contract (MTC) is to deliver the works based on design provided by Evolve Norse Limited.

A programme of condition surveys is currently underway to help establish the future scope of works requirement for the MTC.

Accordingly, it is planned to tender a 2-year (with 2x1 year extension options) MTC based on a quantified schedule of rates with nominal quantities.

Whilst the full scope is still undetermined, initial indications are that at least 20 schools will require LBWF Genereal Builidng Works - MTC 2025-2029 Expression of Interest upgrades varying site by site from new roofs, new windows and doors, complete toilet refurbishments, classroom refurbishments to include but not restricted to new flooring, new ceilings, and lighting etc.

There will also be Fire Risk remedial works involving works to fire doors, escape signage, fire-stopping etc.

All of these requirements are intended to be procured via this MTC commencing in March 2025 with an estimated value of £4m over 4 years (including the options to extend, at the Client's discretion).
