External Improvements and Ground Works
The main purpose of this framework is to appoint experienced and competent Contractors to undertake any external improvement and ground works for the EEM Membership who’s combined property stock is in excess of 770,000 properties typically consisting or a mixture of Low, medium and high rise dwellings such as houses, bungalows blocks of flats, and sheltered housing schemes as well as , communal buildings, hospitals, universities and depots.
The scope of works is likely to include, but not limited to: •Installation of various Fence types •Single and Double Garden Gates •Tarmacing and Resurfacing works •Concrete Drives and Pathways •Entrance Canopies/Shelters •Hand Railings •Any additional elements associated with the works listed above
