Nottingham City Homes is looking to appoint a suitable Contractor to undertake the replacement of retaining walls and floor slab at Eastcroft Depot.
The proposed retaining wall system will need to be a like for like replacement of the existing structure in terms of the size of bays and the height.
The proposed fixing of these is for the retaining wall units to be pre-cast and then set and tied in to the floor slab.
As part of these works there will also be a small covered section over 2 of the bays.
This will need to be constructed with steel posts, back and side panels and roof panels and will replace like for like the existing covering in the same location.
The Contract is being procured by Nottingham City Homes with an anticipated 6 weeks Contract Period and a proposed start on site of 11th November 2019 Pricing must remain firm and fixed for the duration of the contract and must not be subject to any variation.
Supplier must understand that predicting volumes and overall values for work is difficult and no guarantee is given regarding continuity or overall value and supplier will, therefore, not be entitled to claim for loss of profit, or any other costs resulting from an alteration in the scope or volume.
