Sport England is seeking quotations for the provision of an independent complaint review service for the Lottery distributors and their customers.
The independent complaint review service is available for complainants who remain dissatisfied with the Lottery distributor’s response to their complaint.
The Contract has a maximum value of £90,000, excluding VAT, which we expect to be spread evenly across the three years of the contract.
There will also be an option to extend the contract for a fourth year if all parties are in agreement.
