The brief

The Forestry Commission is inviting tenders for the supply of cleaning services at offices and public toilets, situated at Santon Downham and St Helen’s.

Our intention is to award this contract for a period of 3 Years The successful contractor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene for the following locations: Forestry Commission Offices at Santon Downham: • Forest Enterprise Office and Classroom • Forest Services Services Office • Mechanical Engineering Office • Civil Engineering/FS Library • Nursery Mess Hut • Yard Toilets (Location of Cleaners Store) • Public Toilets (Open all year round)St Helens Picnic Site (Approx 1.5miles from Office) • Public Toilets (Open Easter to Oct Half Term) Hours of cleaning are to be determined by the contractor but will commence after Reception closes at 16:30 and on a daily basis from Monday – Friday.
