In the event of ONR being faced with a major issue, which has the potential to significantly damage the organisation's reputation and require additional resources to respond, the contractor will be able to supply expert strategic crisis communication advice and support.
They will be there to guide and assist the senior leadership team's response and help them to make timely, clear and effective strategic decisions based on insight and experience of crisis communications.
The contractor would be required to supply their expert strategic crisis communications services 24/7 on an 'as needed basis' by ONR.
This will allow ONR to respond quickly and effectively during a major issue.
