Clinical Decision Support Solution (Clinical Templates) - Hertfordshire and West Essex

The Clinical Commissioning Groups within Hertfordshire and West Essex have conducted a procurement process using the Crown Commercial Services G Cloud 12 Framework to award a contract to provide a Clinical Decision Support Solution (Clinical Templates).

The purpose of these tools is to support practices in identifying patients requiring care, entering information in a structured and standard way across the HWE area and reporting information into the Clinical Commissioning Groups as well as understanding health needs within the population.

These tools will also support the clinical delivery as well as monitoring and payment of enhanced commissioning services in primary care.

The service will provide a consistent offer across the Hertfordshire and West Essex area.

The contract is for a period of 2-years with the option to extend for a further 12 months.

The value included within this notice is inclusive of the option.

The value for the initial 2-year period is £1,378,150 (excluding VAT).

The contract is hosted by East and North Hertfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group on behalf of the Clinical Commissioning Groups within the Hertfordshire and West Essex Integrated Care Board.

Herts Valleys Clinical Commissioning Group and West Essex Clinical Commissioning Group are associates to the contract.
