University of Sunderland - Facilities Management - London Campus - AWARD

The Authority are seeking to procure various Facilities Management Services for the University of Sunderland London Campus Ltd to be delivered under a single contract beginning January 2020 until December 2021 with an option to extend for a further 2 years (in annual increments).

Included within the scope are the following services:- 1.

Security Management Service 2.

Project Management Service 3.

Buildings and Asset Maintenance Management Service 4.

Winter Maintenance Service 5.

Waste Management Service 6.

Pest Control Management Service Please note:- Tenderers must fully complete and return every section within the Tender Response.

There are the Declaration, Form of Tender and Certificate of Bona Fide which require signed and returned along with the Tender Response Document (Qualitative Responses) - Appendix C , A separate Pricing Schedule - Appendix A must also be completed and returned by the due date.

All must be fully completed.

Failure to complete the Tender Response Document, Pricing Schedule, the Declaration, Form of Tender and Certificate of Bona Fide Tender may constitute a non compliant tender and therefore result in disqualification.
