Provision of an Endoscope - MRC Gambia
An endoscope to be delivered, installed, trained and maintained within the Gambia.
1 endoscopy stack: Including - camera, video unit, LED light source, colour systems, keyboard, image storage (DICOM compatible), insufflation pump, suction, water bottle, monitor, video connecting cables.
Videoscopes: a) Adult gastroscope x 2 with irrigation tubes, pressure caps, leakage tester, cleaning, air/water and suction valves, caps for channel, valve brush, cleaning brush, biopsy forceps, bite protector, case b) Paediatric gastroscope with irrigation tubes, pressure caps, leakage tester, cleaning, air/water and suction valves, caps for channel, valve brush, cleaning brush, biopsy forceps, bite protector, case c) Colonoscope with irrigation tubes, pressure caps, leakage tester, cleaning, air/water and suction valves, caps for channel, valve brush, cleaning brush, biopsy forceps, case d) Bronchoscope with leakage tester, cleaning, air/water and suction valves, caps for channel, valve brush, cleaning brush, biopsy forceps, case e) DICOM image management: store, modality worklist, print, MPPS and storage commit. f) Designed to be truly portable and used ideally in the most rugged environments. g) The system should be designed to be able to ease setup and reprocessing, manage patient data, communicate with hospital networks, and provide seamless IT integration to meet the unique needs for now and in the future, E.g.
Image and workflow management. h) Maximum compatibility - should be able to accommodate any probe from a gastroscope to paediatric gastroscope to colonoscope and a bronchoscope. i) Should be designed ideally to provide a real-time, three-dimensional image of the shape and configuration of the colonoscope during a procedure (ScopeGuide). j) LED light source with integrated digital image processing Module. k) Cleaning and maintenance kits must be supplied by the vendor. l) High-definition imaging/viewing monitors with a touch screen capability and LED backlight.
We have image viewer software (Rogon Delft Pro-view) which they should be compatible with, if possible.
